Please arrive on time so we can make full use of your scheduled session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule.

A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any changes or cancellations.

• Adjustments within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows: charged in full
• This policy allows me to protect the time set aside for each client

You don't need more products. You need the right ones, used consistently.

The products I recommend are an extension of the work we do together.

While not required, they are strongly encouraged to maintain the integrity and longevity of your results.

If something doesn't feel aligned after your appointment, please reach out within 7 days.

I'm happy to make adjustments when appropriate.

I do not perform services that compromise the health of your hair.

If a requested result is not achievable within a healthy timeline, I will offer an alternative approach — or decline the service.
